Motivation
Motivation is a driving force behind our aspirations and goals and something that we all wish we had more of. It’s also a complicated trait influenced by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Genetically speaking, while it’s tempting to attribute motivation predominantly to one’s grandmother, it’s more accurate to consider it as a family trait that transcends generations.

Genetics can play a role in an individual’s disposition towards motivation, but environmental factors, upbringing, and life experiences may be even more significant. The motivation one possesses (or doesn’t possess, in some cases) is often a blend of inherited genetic tendencies and learned behaviors passed down through family dynamics.
