#45: The Hobbit: Dwarves and Dinners

After the massive success of the cultural phenomenon that is Lord of the Rings movies, many people rediscovered these classic books, along with the prequel, The Hobbit. In the opening of the book, Bilbo is surprised to find himself playing host to a passel of hungry dwarves.

This fan has a theory about that scene: maybe them descending on his house and demanding food was a way to clear out the pantry, as Bilbo would be leaving soon on an adventure. Or maybe dwarves just have terrible manners. Who can say?
