#44: Evil Dead: Hallucinations

The Evil Dead franchise prides itself on being “the Ultimate Experience in Grueling Terror,” with its protagonists—usually Ash, played by the master of campy horror, Bruce Campbell—battling all manner of demons and deadites.

The fourth film in the series, Evil Dead, had a new protagonist and a new twist: the lead is seen dumping drugs in a well that the others likely drink from at the beginning. What if nothing that happens in the movie is real, but is instead a drug-induced hallucination? That would be a trip.
