Ghostbusters was a total ’80s hit that spawned a massive franchise worth billions. The movies alone raked in $641.2 million. Fans will geek out to know the Ghostbusters’ HQ is real. It’s the Firehouse, Hook & Ladder Company 8, an actual FDNY firehouse.

You can find it at 14 North Moore Street in Manhattan, still serving as a working FDNY spot. Dan Aykroyd, one of the stars, picked it cause he knew the area and loved the building setup. But not every Ghostbusters scene happened there. They used a decommissioned firehouse in LA and a studio for the inside shots.
