#6: You Just Don’t Have it

Well, that’s just rude! What is the “Disney look” anyway? Do they only hire people with perfectly symmetrical faces and flawless skin? I won’t get a job there soon with my looks, then! But seriously, that’s a bit harsh. I mean, sure, they want their employees to fit the Disney brand.

But rejecting someone solely based on their looks seems a bit shallow. I hope this cousin found a better gig where they can let their dance skills shine regardless of their appearance. They can do a lot better without Disney and its cruel job requirements. They don’t need the Disney franchise!
