Yikes, that’s definitely crossing a line. It’s one thing to be a little confused about the gender of a character, but to grab them like that is not okay physically. The fact that he had his kids there with him is also incredibly worrying. What kind of example is he setting for them?

It’s situations like this that really make you appreciate the patience and professionalism of Disney employees – I don’t know how you all manage to stay polite and friendly in the face of some truly bizarre behavior. Hopefully, the dad learned his lesson and won’t grab any more characters without their consent!
