#31: That’s Kind of You

As you may or may not know, when women give birth, it’s not uncommon for them to push out, well, other things besides the baby. After all, they need to push really hard, so it’s only natural to push hard on all fronts and lose control of their excrements.

Some people might find this a bit gross or embarrassing, but labor ward nurses have seen this so many times that it doesn’t phase them. They understand that it’s a natural part of giving birth and there’s nothing to be ashamed of, but since they know it makes the mothers a little uncomfortable, they keep this information to themselves. That’s pretty nice of them!
