While it’s important to get a good scrub in the shower, not every part of our body needs to be washed thoroughly. According to doctors, you should avoid using soap or douching products inside your private parts as they disrupt the delicate pH balance. This part of the female body is designed to be self-cleaning, much like our eyeballs. Just as we don’t wash our eyeballs, we should refrain from inserting soaps or other harsh chemicals into these areas.
