Nothing says “Happy Holidays! Welcome to our home!” quite like literally turning your house into a giant present. Of course, you can’t actually wrap it up, but you could put a great big bow on it. So why not forgo the traditional wreath and try this unexpected, simple decoration instead?

Wrap some thick ribbon or a strip of fabric around your door and secure it with staples on the other side. Affix a nice large matching bow, and you’ve got yourself a unique door decoration. The best part is that you can use any color or pattern that you like, so have fun with this and try different effects!
