#22: Pumpkin Soup Bowl, Anyone?

As soon as it becomes the slightest bit chilly outside in the United States, people are ready to throw their sofa blankets on, add pumpkin spice to everything they eat, and talk about how fall is the best season of the year. There are many things associated with fall, and one of the main ones is the ever-graceful pumpkin. But just because it has always been around doesn’t mean there aren’t new ways of preparing the fantastic vegetable (or fruit, depending on who you ask).

This little pumpkin soup in a little pumpkin is absolutely adorable! There are often meals like this where you can reuse some other part of the produce when it comes time for serving, and this is an excellent use of the pumpkin. Not only does it save throwing it away, but it presents absolutely beautifully.
