Keep It Secret, Keep It Safe

As we’ve seen so far, Disney has a lot of secrets that go on behind the scenes in order to create their magical kingdom. Because there are secrets, there’s also a lot of unconfirmed rumors. Cast members, current and former, are not allowed to complain about their jobs or spill any backstage secrets in any kind of public forum. Some cast members do spill the tea, but anonymously.

One of the things cast members are supposed to keep under wraps is what character they play at the park. This is to keep the magic of Disney alive when people visit the park. This must be one tough secret to keep, because if we were assigned to play Minnie Mouse at Disneyland, we would absolutely want to tell everyone we know.
