#34: Steve Carell

Steve Carell doesn’t sell himself as a particularly skilled person. He prefers to present as a bit of an incapable goofball, a funny weirdo whose success is relatively accidental and whose main positive attribute is his ability to do silly things that make people laugh, and not necessarily intentionally.

So, we don’t really expect to hear the words Steve Carell and “accomplished sportsman” in the same sentence. I guess it goes to show that appearances can be deceiving and that we shouldn’t always trust what people want us to think about them. Perhaps Steve has some sinister intentions in concealing his true virtues.
