6. Dogs Are More Grateful Than Kids

Raise your hand if there were things you wanted or needed as a kid, but never got. Yeah, us too. That neglect can sometimes make us bitter, but other times we’ll become more empathetic and giving, wanting to make sure no one has suffered as we did, especially our kids who we want to grow up healthy and happy.

Dogs aren’t that different, right? Look how happy this one is! It probably loves the gift and appreciates it more than any kid would anyway, even if the main use will be as a chew toy. Dogs are the best, man.
