48. I’ve Been Lied To!
Ah. Life, the universe, and everything. Day in and day out we put one foot in front of the other, trying to cope with our own dark thoughts and ever looming existential dread. There is an upside to it, which is with time, we can in fact get over feeling miserable! How, you ask?

Well, it’s quite simple. Coping mechanisms. Might seem almost like a “gotcha” moment, but really, it’s more satisfying to overcome these deep-seated challenges and learning to work with them rather than them pulling you down. Easier said than done, but there is hope still.
