17. Inside of You, There Are Two Wolves

One that wants to sit around and sleep and cuddle, and another that wants to run off and hunt. Such is the instinct of animals, and we may have fooled ourselves into thinking we domesticated that urge out of dogs, but it is certainly not true. Have you seen how vicious some dogs are? They want to go back to the good old days.

And then there are cats. Cats never changed, just got smaller. They haven’t forgotten the olden days, no, no. They remember their time of power like it was yesterday. It probably was. They just do what they want. Who is the actual pet when it comes to cats? Asking the real questions, here.
