New York – Dogs
When you conjure up images of New York, the bustling streets of the Big Apple likely come to mind. But, the state is a sprawling rural paradise beyond its urban hubs. It’s so expansive that even black bears and deer can’t outnumber dogs! In an ironic twist, the city has seen a few fatalities due to dog attacks. One tragic incident involved a 65-year-old woman who fell victim to her own family dogs.

Indeed, it’s intriguing to note that, in the bustling city of New York, it’s far more commonplace to stumble upon stories of humans instigating unprovoked attacks on dogs than the reverse. Yet, it’s essential to remember that fatal incidents remain an extreme rarity. The Big Apple, it seems, is a place where dogs can feel safer than humans, at least when it comes to random attacks!
