#6: I Felt This

If you’re a parent, you know that bedtime turns into a toothpaste murder scene if you don’t watch your kids like a hawk. I don’t know if they squeeze the toothpaste too hard on purpose or if they truly are trying to clean the sink, but this is a universal issue. Not even the children of dentists are immune!

Still, we’re all just going to sit back and be thankful for that five minutes of silence while their mouths are full of minty foam. It’s my favorite time of day, right up until I hear a garbled “MOM!” and have to go running to see what the latest disaster is. Parenting is full of surprises, isn’t it?
