#39: Am I Interrupting Anything?

It’s hard to keep the romance alive after having kids, for many different reasons. But perhaps the main reason is that your kids are always there. They’re always around. Of course, that’s a good thing, and you want to have them around; but parents need some couples time, too. They need time together as a couple, without their kids.

I guess humans aren’t the only species in the world that deal with this. Penguins, monkeys, dogs, cats… you name it, the kids have done it. They’re so lucky they are cute; otherwise, these interruptions would be less than welcome. I swear this is why the bedroom door lock was invented, but even that doesn’t always stop them.
