#38: I’ll Take That as a “No”

There are two types of parents: those who meticulously plan every outfit for their kid every day and those who couldn’t care less if things match as long as their kids are happy. Personally, I’m the latter, but even I would nix this outcome. There’s too much… poofiness happening here for my sanity.

Of course, I’d dress my disapproval up in excuses like “You won’t fit in the car seat like that” and “Let’s save that for a summer festival.” We don’t want to tear down that sense of independence and creativity, just gently guide it until we can look at them without laughing, you know?
