#37: Playing the Game

I have a pretty strong feeling that Crockett is solely responsible for his daughter’s response. I bet it’s a significant part of his parenting method. Seriously, though, what is it with dads being the best at grilled cheese? Both my dad and my husband make grilled cheese that is out of this world!

It’s not like they can’t cook other foods. They’re both fantastic in the kitchen. Still, I can make a five-course meal with salmon and creme brûlée but can’t pull off the perfect grilled cheese. I’d say it’s annoying, but either one will make me one if I ask, so I’m good. And this girl knows how to get what she wants.
