#21: Don’t Fall for It

Look, I’m not going to sugarcoat it; parenting is hard. You know it, I know it, my next-door neighbor knows it. So, it’s good to set your expectations high and expect the worst when you’re expecting your first baby. That way, you’ll be prepared for whatever challenge that comes your way.

That also means you might find the first baby to be a little easier than expected. Don’t be fooled, though; this is only nature’s way of getting you to have more kids! Don’t get cocky. You never know what the next baby has in store for you. So, keep your hopes up and your spirit high, but remember to stay humble.
