#15: Should’ve Known Better
Honestly, laying concrete is a good idea. You just have to keep a careful eye on the kids. Even if the concrete is messed up, this is an epic photo and story for when she grows up. It might be better, next time, to encourage a controlled handprint and refrain from a full-on face plant, though.

Either way, Phil and his daughter certainly learned a valuable lesson last April. Sometimes the only way a kid (or an adult) can learn is to try and fail! Let’s all be thankful she didn’t get it in her eyes or hair. That would have caused a real problem. That way, they can laugh about this story one day, if they aren’t already laughing.
