Flood Foot Baths

There are a lot of countries around the world that deal with floods from time to time. However, there are some places in India where minor flooding is a normal occurrence. Here a family is pictured on an average Saturday, casually enjoying a TV session together while the water rises to their knees. Someone throw them a life vest!

A house flooding like this in the U.S. is a situation that would cause many to panic! However, this family looks totally unphased. So we can tell that this is probably a normal occurrence for them. These people look so relaxed; we would think they are just enjoying a footbath as they relax, watching cartoons on a Saturday morning!
