A Wedding Betrayal

This situation isn’t cringy – it’s heartbreaking. This couple hired a wedding planner to organize their wedding, since they were both living out of state and working long hours. The wedding planner was this person’s best friend and godfather to their son. It all sounds like a great situation – until you find out what happened next.

This “best friend” took thousands of dollars under the guise of planning their wedding, only to ghost them, fail to pay for the venue, and not pay them back any of their money. Basically, they were swindled. This poor couple was at a loss with what to do and turned to social media for advice.
