Caught by Surprise

You’d think that a bride and a groom – or a bride and a bride – would like to meet the priest who’s marrying them before the ceremony, to get to know him, right? After all, this guy is going to play a big role in the happiest day of your life; you want to make sure it’s someone you can trust and that would make you feel comfortable.

In this case, though, the happy couple didn’t get a chance to meet the priest before the ceremony, and he was in for a surprise. Apparently, he didn’t know this was a gay wedding, and when he found out, he refused to take part in it. The bridesmaid did what any reasonable bridesmaid would do – she got in a fight with the priest, which escalated pretty quickly! We wish we knew how this story ended. Hopefully, they ended up having a beautiful wedding. It sounds like they didn’t do anything wrong!
