Cutting Corners
We love a good money-saving tip. Coupon clipping? Sign us up! There’s a difference, though, between being thrifty and being straight-up stingy and cheap. It’s always right to fairly compensate artists and vendors for their work. They have bills to pay, too! Plus, they make wedding days even more special with their unique talents. This blogger thinks otherwise.

This person unabashedly recommends finding a free photographer. If a photographer friend offers to take wedding photos for free, that is a generous gift. Asking someone to work for free or for “exposure” is just in bad taste. You’ll be looking back on your wedding photos for years to come, so we think it’s worth budgeting for a good photographer.
