#15: Slugs or Candies?

Ok, this one is really wack. If the goal is to make your guests question everything they know about cake (and reality), then you have definitely succeeded. Congratulations on serving up an aluminum tray filled with dirt and lovely slimy worms, maggots, or slugs (it’s a bit hard to tell from the picture).

If you’ve really gone the extra mile, slicing this open will reveal a cross-section that’s a smorgasbord of the other animal life that’s found underneath the soil. There’s room for ants, spiders, centipedes, beetles, and scorpions. So why hold back? You can easily make this cake even more memorable.
