Friends That Don’t Make the Cut

Is there anything quite as special as a long friendship? Many of us take this kind of thing for granted when we are deep in it because we don’t actually realize how special it is to have such close friends.

Well, this person found out the hard way that friendship isn’t guaranteed—not even if it spans decades. But you know what? If this is the kind of treatment you get after 23 years of friendship, it’s probably better that you don’t continue a relationship with this person. Good riddance.
