It’s The Fungus

Fortunately for our next perpetrator, the cops were feeling cheerful and decided to play along with his imagination – and this is really cool, considering not all cops might be that playful. Unfortunately for him, he still had to be arrested. You can’t simply think that you’ll get away with this. 

Aside from that short-acting stint, they get to arrest someone consuming illegal substances without the need to go through the usual routes of investigation or answering a complaint (although technically, they did answer a complaint against ghosts). The guy who called the cops was most likely oblivious to his capture.
