Baby Come Back

Whenever I think humans can’t get any weirder, they find a more shocking way to prove me wrong. While I’m all for people expressing themselves proudly and freely, some folks have really strange habits – and this next perpetrator is definitely on the run for the weirdest criminal on our list! 

I really hope this guy was only dressing as a baby for Halloween, and he doesn’t actually walk around in a diaper and baby bonnet on his day-to-day. I really need to know the end of the story because if this grown man was arrested while dressed in a full baby costume, it’s the most hilarious story ever!
