Is There A Problem Officer?

There aren’t a lot of instances where one can go from completely disheveled to ready for a meeting in a snap of a finger. But holy smokes, this guy did it to the best of his ability despite being passed out in his car. Considering his state of mind, it’s quite impressive he managed to get together so quickly! I’ll have whatever he’s having. 

Looking on the bright side of things, he at least thought of parking his car to sleep. The next question is, did he drink and drive? Or did he drive, stop, and drink? Because depending on the order of these, he could be thrown in jail for a few months! Do you think the penalty for driving and drinking should be harsher?
