Depending on where you go in Los Angeles, parking can be a huge pain. Don’t even think about parking in a loading zone, because you’ll get a ticket faster than you can say “avocado toast.” The cost of LA parking tickets is no joke, either. This very dramatic scene was witnessed by someone eating out, and it wasn’t about what everyone thought it was about.

A woman in the restaurant made a very dramatic display of affection by crying and kissing her boyfriend. Most people, including another diner, thought she was excited to get engaged. Turns out, there was a huge plot twist. This guy offered to pay off all her parking tickets! This is obviously a huge act of love and commitment for an LA couple, and we think he’s a keeper.
