A Big Responsibility

Here we have yet another avocado moment overheard at a grocery store. We really weren’t joking, everyone. Californians take their avocados very seriously. One unripe avocado shows up at a party, and it’s game over. You can risk friendships, happiness, and so much more just by choosing the wrong avocado on your shopping trip.

This couple almost had a disastrous avocado encounter. One of them offered to grab the avocados to save time on their shopping trip, but the other person refused their helpful offer. They admitted that they didn’t trust them with this important task, and they’d rather do it themselves. Seems like they wanted to save both of themselves a lot of strife and heartache by picking out the right avocados the first time around.
