Everything’s Different in Space
These images don’t look anything alike, and even I had to take a minute to try and figure out what I was looking at. The first image is obviously a lit candle, but what could possibly be happening in the second image? Is it a lightbulb? A firework? What is making that blue glow?

The joke is on me – because they’re both just lit candles. One just so happens to be here on planet earth, and the other is how flames look in space. But why do they look so different? Well, gravity, I guess. Despite being on the international space station, this candle just burns differently!
