Bake It ‘Till You Make It
I’m the first to admit how bad of a baker I am. I don’t have the patience and discipline it takes, but man I love eating baked goods. Have I mentioned how much I love freshly-baked croissants yet? I wish I could make them from scratch, though I don’t think I could ever make ones as beautiful as these.

Just looking at this photo makes me hungry, but mostly I’m amazed at how this dough transforms into something delicious and three times its original size. That little unsuspecting roll doesn’t even know how magical it will taste when it’s out of the oven, I’m sure. Man, do I have any croissants in the house? I could really go for one…
