You may be wondering what this comparison illustrates, but once you know, you’ll be amazed too. Sebastiao Salgado, a photographer, transformed this estate with his wife. While it may have taken over a decade, these two created a whole forest by planting trees and introducing animals. Check it out.

This almost 1500-acre plot of land is now home to so many native species of Brazil, both plants and animals. What an amazing thing for just two people to have done. The natural beauty of this landscape and massive acreage no doubt informed Sebastio’s photography for years to come!
