Everything that we take for granted today was new once upon a time. The first fire that burned, the first marshmallow that was roasted over a fire. What about the first time anyone has ever heard a parrot talk? Today, we know that parrots can talk and mimic human language, but that wasn’t always common knowledge.

Can you imagine what the first person to ever hear a parrot talk must have thought? He must have thought he was going out of his mind. We know that animals can’t talk, right?
