Whoops

This rendition of the “Sermon on the Mount” has always been the basis for some of my favorite memes, and this one is no exception. It looks like whoever was taking notes heard exactly two words at the end. It’s not surprising, considering most of us fall asleep during history lessons (and other classes).

Just in case you, too, fell asleep during history or biology (no shame, I had to look it up), prokaryotes are single-celled organisms that don’t have many of the characteristics we attribute to more complex cells. They lack a nucleus and other organelles because they don’t have inner membranes. You’re welcome!
