Where Am I?
There is no denying that sometimes all that is needed in life is one big, fat nap. So many people don’t realize that a lot of our problems stem from the fact that we are often exhausted without realizing it. Both our physical and mental health are both heavily affected by how much sleep we get in a night.

This particular situation has happened to the best of us… We think we are going to have a short nap just to get our energy levels back up, but it obviously never ends up being a momentary nap. Most of the time, we wake up feeling like we have entered another dimension and that we aren’t sure of what year it is.
