Who Took My Picture?

If you didn’t spend hours scouring Amazon, eBay, Facebook MarketPlace and other websites for stuff you’ll never use and clothes you’ll never wear, were you even alive? This painting is titled “Master of His Own Reality” and I have to say that’s incredibly apt. Still, this one is a little too spot-on, it’s almost scary.

That’s because, regardless of what it looks like, this isn’t a classic. Yes, it has the overall feel of one, but this painting is by Mike Davis, and it’s from 2010. He’s a surrealist painter that produces art reminiscent of ancient times. I wouldn’t have been surprised to find out this came from 1680.
