We only counted three

It wouldn’t be a real Christmas without a Christmas fail, like this one. We don’t know who produced this product, but someone wasn’t doing their job right. It’s Christmas and all, and it’s not a time to go on judging people, but come on – whoever is responsible for this really dropped the ball (or the ornament) here.

What do you think went wrong? They intended to include four ornaments in this set and then realized they only had three? Anyway, I hope this item was on sale, since they promise you four ornaments and only provide three. I know the stores selling this aren’t responsible for this mistake, but someone should pay for it.
