#37: Bow Wow

It feels impossible to believe that Like Mike came out in 2002; it feels like Lil’ Bow Wow was donning Michael Jordan’s old shoes only yesterday. This sports movie follows three orphans and their antics after the Bow Wow’s character finds a pair of MJ’s basketball shoes and inherits his skills. Brenda Song played the role of his best friend!

Bow Wow was fifteen when he starred in the movie and shortly after announced that he would be dropping the Lil’ from his name. Awww, the baby was growing up! Bow Wow is now a full-fledged adult, and he is still making music. He lives in Atlanta and has a daughter, Shai, born in 2011.
