That’s Why Cafés Can’t Have Nice Things

Here’s lesson 101 about lending out free things to customers: don’t. Free and without ID usually means not having to take responsibility for whatever goes missing or breaks. Management at this establishment estimated that they would have to replace their board games every six months or so, but their kindhearted gesture at keeping their guests entertained lasted all but one week.

And to think that they would steal a pack of cards or some of the Monopoly money. Is taking stuff really that tempting, or are they just naturally thieves? Whoever behaves like this when a company is taking a gamble at your kindness, you’re a horrible person.
