I Want a Refund

If you have ever worked in a profession where you need to deal with people face-to-face, then you know how annoying it can be sometimes. Some of the people you will come across are going to act so entitled that they will genuinely believe the most ridiculous things.

Can you imagine having to deal with a customer that honestly believes they need a refund on this basis? We get it, it sucks when you go see a concern and the band doesn’t play your favorite song. But it isn’t the responsibility of the venue to give you your money back after the show if this happens.
