#28: Portia de Rossi

Portia de Rossi is famous for her relationship with Ellen DeGeneres, but also in her own right. She’s absolutely a multi-talented beauty with a heart of gold. She’s nailed TV roles in so many different genres, varying from dramas to thrillers, and comedies. Some of her most notable parts include playing Nelle Porter on the drama series, McBeal, for which she won a Screen Actors Guild Award. She was also in Scandal and Nip Tuck.

Perhaps the most beloved character Rossi played was Lindsay Bluth Fünks on the sitcom Arrested Development for six years. Even Rossi enjoyed the role so much she claims that’s probably the only part that could bring her back to acting. She stopped acting in 2017 and opened her own art company, General Public. Rossi’s other substantial passion is philanthropy.
