#17: Jeffrey “Skunk” Allen Baxter

Another interesting career development to watch has been Jeffrey “Skunk” Allen Baxter. Baxter originally helped found the Steely Dan band and also played with the Doobie Brothers. Baxter boasts an impressive musical record, playing with huge names such as Dolly Parton, Ringo Starr, Rod Stewart, Eric Clapton, and more by offering session work. 

In the the past decade, the multi-talented Baxter accepted a very official job as a defense consultant for the US Department of Defense. Baxter received the job after becoming an in-demand expert on military hardware and software. Although, he still has a deep love for music and continues to play.
