#10: Mike Vitar

Mike Vitar was a child actor during the 90s who starred in some of the most widely loved childhood movies of all time. He starred in The Sandlot, as well as the final two sequels to the extremely popular movie series, The Mighty Ducks. In the early 2000s, Mike made a drastic career change when he began studying firefighting. 

In 2002, he made the career switch and became a firefighter for the Los Angeles Fire Department. Life appeared to go well for Mike until he ran into a spot of legal trouble in 2015. He and some other firefighters were charged with misdemeanor battery for assaulting someone. He didn’t contest the charges and is still a firefighter today.
