Yolanda Hadid and Gigi Hadid

Today, Gigi Hadid is one of the most promising models in the industry, and now we see where she got her looks from. As the daughter of former model Yolanda Hadid, it was almost inevitable that Gigi would become a model. Her first modeling job was as a baby, when she participated in a campaign for the high-fashion clothing brand Guess babies when she was two years old.

However, she suspended her career to focus on school, and eventually returned to modeling after her high school graduation. Her mother, Yolanda, was a famous model in her day, before she quit the industry and turned to a career in television. Gigi’s sister Bella Hadid is a fellow model, who was voted Model of the Year in 2016 by industry professionals.
