Habit: Manages her diabetes through her diet
Ever since her 19-year-old diabetes diagnosis, Halle Berry has committed to a lifestyle that keeps her feeling solid and balanced. In an interview with Women & Home South Africa, she shared, “My diet is geared towards managing my diabetes, so I try to eat four small meals a day.”

Her routine includes plenty of vegetables, lots of water, and a focus on whole foods, avoiding processed sugars and bread.
