Habit: Starts the day healthy, ends up having a big meal at dinner
In a 2017 interview with Delish, Chrissy Teigen shared her daily struggle with staying on track: “I start every day to eat healthy, but dinner is always where things go wrong,” she admitted. By the time she gets home, usually around 11 p.m., she feels so deprived that she ends up having a big meal.

And if she tries to stick to something light, like a salad, she finds herself wide awake at 2 a.m., raiding the pantry for candy. “I’m still working on finding that balance,” she laughed, proving that even foodies face food dilemmas.
